Scugog Shores Historical Museum - Fall Harvest Festival - September 23, 2007

Port Perry, Ontario

On Sunday September 23, the Incorporated Militia Of Upper Canada participated in the Scugog Shores Historical Museum's annual Pioneer Fall Fair. A display table of War of 1812 artifacts, demonstrations of tactics and manoeuvres, a Ladies' tea and a mini-militia added to the period themed events and displays of the day. Participants and the public interacted well in all of the museum's displays and activities.
We look forward to returning to the Pioneer Fall Fair in 2008.
