July 2010

July 24 - 25, Wasaga Under Siege

The Incorporated Militia with the help of the Glengarry Light Infantry and the Royal Newfoundland Regiment once again defended Canada on Nancy Island against the American invaders. This annual re-enactment of what "could" have happened continues to be popular with the many in the re-enacting community and the general public. We would like to thanks Dave Brunelle the Royal Newfoundland Regiment and the volunteers and staff of Nancy Island Historical park for again hosting Wasaga Under Siege!
